Determining Your Due Date

I always wonder how doctor count the baby date due. They will use this little chart from your last period to determine it. But you know what, I want to know ahead from them. LOL. I created an excel sheet to calculate the date due and while spring clean my files, I found this.

Directions:
1. Find the first day of your last period on the calendar.
2. Move ahead 9 more months.
3. Find the same date.
4. Add 7 days.
5. That will be your baby’s due date.

Example:
Suppose your last period began June 10. Move ahead 9 more months to March and find March 10. Add 7 days and your due date would be March 17.
