Puree



Ingredients:
  • Brown Rice
  • Red Rice
  • Millets
  • Tri-color quinoa
  • Pumpkin
  • Carrots
  • Chinese Spinach
  • Chinese Red Spinach
  • Spinach
  • Baby Pak Choy
I forgot to put pearl barley, another good grain with lots of vitamin, minerals & good source of fibres.

JC dislike green vegetables.  The only green vegetables he eats is puree.

JE loves smooth puree.  If the puree is not smooth, she will not swallow.  She loves pumpkin and dislike carrots.
