Mandarin Education Stuff

I grew-up studying in national school where the main language is Bahasa Melayu and English based during my 6.5 years of college.

Not Mandarin / Chinese educated myself is trying very hard to get some Mandarin education stuff for my little precious so he can master mandarin since young. It is really difficult to find some interesting mandarin education stuff. There are plenty of them in English.

We went window-shopping today and we were at MPH bookstore for about 3 hours. I found this "三字经" in VCD / CD format. Publisher is Three Seven Two Shop.


Hopefully I could help someone who is just like me out there.

2010 Valentine @ Dinner

Homemade lamb chop.

My son and I having the same dish with self-invented sauce. Of course, he having in his own plate with the same portion. In the end, we are the one finish-up for him. hehehe.... It is fun.

This is with black-pepper sauce + self-invented sauce. :) This is for my hubby as he loves black-pepper sauce in everything.

Happy Valentine everyone!!!!! This year valentine is a very special day because it fall on the first day of CNY.

Last Day of "Fun Fun" Before CNY

Since 4th of February 2010, he never shed a single tear when I sent him to "fun fun". He really enjoy it and looking forward to it.

He will said bye bye and kiss me on my cheeks and join with his teacher.

Praise the LORD!!!!

Today was the last day at "Fun Fun" before CNY and it will be closed for 1 week for CNY celebration. When he saw us picking him up today. He kept on said "Halo, Halo, Halo" and he is very excited to see us. When he cannot wait to go off. He waved bye bye to his teacher and said "See you".

LOL. That is my little precious. I love him very much.

Last Trip of Marketing Day Before CNY

Another week, Chinese New Year (CNY) will be here. Shops will be closed at least for 3-4 days. No fresh vegetables / fishes / meat. And prices will be high up when CNY is around the corner, so better do my last marketing today or else everything will be expensive. Last fresh vegetables / fishes / meat will be 12 Feb 2010 and next round of fresh vegetables will be on 17 / 18 Feb 2010 then they will be off again on 21 Feb 2010 (the 9th day of CNY).

Even today, nearly everything expensive by RM 1.

Today I brought so many thing till my fridge are stuff with vegetables. Me being crazy and need to stock-up for at least 2 weeks food.

7 x broccoli
1 x huge celery

2 x tofu
4 x Japanese Sawi
2 x long cabbages
1 x china round cabbages
10 x Japanese Sweet Potatoes
10 x fishes
6 x chicken breast
1 x small red chilies
5 x lamb shoulders
3 x iceberg lettuces
1 x salted butter
3 x pork ribs
8 x sweet corns

3 packs of carrot
1 pack of grey mushroom
2 packs of lady finger
2 packs of kacang bottle (square bean)
2 packs of vitagen
1 pack of garlic
1 pack of red onions
1 pack of tomatoes

My freezer also full. It is like stock-up for winter season. LOL. Better be safe rather than sorry because during CNY, either restaurant will be pack of people or it will be closed or super expensive.

Finally.....

Yesterday was a remarkable day because my little precious did not shed a tear when I left. He was happily playing with cars and a lot of them. :)

Today is a day to remember and the day I was waiting. Today after playing for a while, he said "Bye bye. Come back" with a smile. I smile back and said "Mommy loves you so much. and yes mommy will come back later. Be good boy".

He said with a smile "Good boy".
