- Diet-High protein, few processed carbs
- Eggs | lean meat | white meat & poultry | fish | soy | beans | milk | cheese | yogurt
- Cereals | fruits & vegetables.
- Sleeping time sharp at 8.30pm. By the time he really sleeping will be 10pm and I am hoping he can get at least 10 hours sleep.
- I even give him fish oil so that he can get enough of Omega-3 fatty acids.
- Reduce his intake of sweet, chocolate, soft-drink and even fast food.
