Fruit enzymes for better health

I finally found the article I am longing for..... FRUIT ENZYMES @ thestar

How to make
  • 1 (one) ratio of honey and
  • 3 (three) ratios of fresh fruits
  • 10 (ten) ratios of water depending on the size of the container.
Mix honey with water first before adding in the sliced fruits. It should then be kept for a minimum of six months for the fermentation process to complete.

Why using honey instead of sugar?
Sugar will would produce high alcohol content and is not healthy for the liver.
